To setup Netscape version 4.5 or above, or you have to do is :

1. Load Netscape Communicator.
   
   
2. Click Edit from the top menu and select preferences.
   
   
3. Click on Navigator in the list and simply type in :

http://www.topthis.com.au
into the Home Page Entry.
And you're done !! Pretty easy huh ;)
